Manchester City began the new season with a 2-1 win over Bournemouth to get all 3 points in their season opener. Man city were stunned by a first half goal from Tavernier but they had to work their way from behind to clinched a 2-1 win over their opponent.
A goal from Guehi in the 84th minute and a stoppage time goal from Gvardiol were enough to give the Cityzen all 3 points.
